End User License Agreement

PureWave is licensed to you by Creative Factory ("Licensor") under the terms below. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Use.

PureWave is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA for licensed applications. Where this EULA is silent, Apple's Standard EULA applies.

1. Scope of licence

The Licensor grants you a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

2. Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works of the app, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Services & third-party content

The app may use Apple's StoreKit (for in-app purchases) and RevenueCat (for entitlement verification). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

5. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. Your rights under this licence terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the app and destroy all copies.

8. Third-party beneficiary

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and, upon your acceptance of the terms of this licence, will have the right to enforce this licence against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

9. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
