Terms of Use

By installing or using PureWave (the "app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is published by Creative Factory, İstanbul, Türkiye.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on iOS devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms.

2. Purchase terms

• PureWave Pro is sold as a single one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase). It does not renew and it is not a subscription. The exact local price is shown in-app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The purchase unlocks every Pro feature for the Apple Account that bought it, on the devices signed in to that account. Tap Restore purchases on the purchase screen if you reinstall or change device.
• There is no free trial and there is nothing to cancel.
• Legacy subscribers: PureWave Pro was previously offered as an auto-renewable weekly subscription. That plan is no longer sold. If you subscribed before this change, your subscription continues to renew until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings — open the App Store, tap your profile, then tap "Subscriptions". It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Support: support.apple.com/HT204084.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PureWave. In particular, you will not:

• Use the app at volumes that may damage your hearing or your speakers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app, except to the extent local law expressly permits.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

The Water Eject mode is provided as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee water removal and we do not provide warranty against water damage. Always follow your device manufacturer's water-damage guidelines.

4. Not medical advice

The Hearing Range Test is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis and is not intended to replace professional audiological evaluation. If you have hearing concerns, consult a qualified audiologist.

5. Warranty disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Factory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app or via the App Store update notes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul.
